Küçükşabanoğlu conducts studies and research on Artificial Intelligence Diplomacy, National Artificial Intelligence Strategies of States and the Effects of Artificial Intelligence on Society. Küçükşabanoğlu, who taught entrepreneurship as a lecturer at Marmara University between 2018/2019 and Ufuk University between 2021/2022, has been a lecturer at Gazi University since 2023. Küçükşabanoğlu also published articles titled “Artificial Intelligence in the New Power Strategy of the USA” in March 2023 and “Disinformation and Artificial Intelligence” in December 2023.
Küçükşabanoğlu, who brought together artificial intelligence and international relations studies under the brand “AI Diplomacy” in July 2024 and introduced this concept for the first time in the world, continues to work in the international ecosystem in the field of diplomacy.
Küçükşabanoğlu, who participated in Dubai GITEX, Barcelona MWC, London Tech Week and The AI Summit London, one of the world’s largest technology fairs, was in London, the capital of England, between April and August 2023 and conducted various research and studies on artificial intelligence. Küçükşabanoğlu, who has dozens of awards in various fields, gave more than 100 conferences at universities and met with thousands of young people. He currently shares his thoughts on technology with the public by participating in various television, radio channels and online platforms as a speaker.

Years ago, while I was working as the Deputy Principal of Gazi University Foundation Private High School, one of the most successful private schools in Ankara, during the registration period, his dear mother said, 'You have become a grown man, do your own business. Take these documents and handle all the procedures yourself.' He self-registered and, with great seriousness, dedication, and diligence, took on the roles of class president, followed by school president after the school opened. For me, Zafer Küçükşabanoğlu has always been the finest example of the saying 'The tree is bent while it is young,' and of course, a great illustration of how important the parenting style and the trust in the child are. You possessed the balance in your life at such a young age. Your social life, friendships, academic achievements, and your attitude towards societal values have always been in balance. Now, watching the young entrepreneur Zafer, I take pride and joy in seeing him with his unchanged beautiful heart, all his modesty, and politeness.
